Born in 1939, Mr. Boscoli earned a bachelor’s degree in Law from USP and a Master of Laws (LLM) certificate from Harvard Law School. He worked at the Demarest Advogados law firm from 1961 to 2010, and also acted as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Board of several companies.

Born in 1956, Mr. Dinucci has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He was the Chair and a member of the Board of Directors of Usina Açucareira S. Manoel, CEO of Construtora e Comercial Torello Dinucci, CEO of CD Administração e Participação, CEO of NL Participações and NL Comercial, and a member of the Board of Directors and Vice-President of Copersucar.

Born in 1954, Mr. Lupo has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. He was an executive officer at Lupo, CEO of Reebok Brasil, and CEO of Umbro Brasil, among other positions held.

Born in 1970, Mr. Rodrigues is an advertising professional. He was VP of Creations, COO, Executive Creations Officer, and CEO at Publicis Brasil; and CEO and Chair at WMcCann.

Born in 1945, Ms. Aufiero is the granddaughter of Lupo’s founder. She started working at the company in 1986 as chief commercial officer and, in 1999, she became the company’s CEO. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from USP São Carlos/SP, a graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from USP.

Born in 1953, Mr. Lupo holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie.

Born in 1964, Mr. Mazzeu earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UNICEP São Carlos/SP, a master’s degree in Production Engineering from UNIARA, an MBA in Management from FGV, an MBA in Retail from USP ESALQ, and a graduate degree in Production from UFSCAR. He has been working at Grupo Lupo for 37 years, including as head of the Control and Quality, and Industrial Engineering areas, and the Industrial Board.

Mr. Buoro earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Instituto Superior de Ciências Aplicadas, and an MBA in Administration from USP. He has 20 years of experience in the administrative and financial areas, having worked at Lupo for 13 years, and at Amec Foster Wheeler and KPMG.

Mr. Forte holds a degree in Systems Analysis, a post-graduate degree in Production Management from UNIARA, and an MBA in Retail and Consumer Market from IPOG. He has been working at Lupo’s Technology area for 25 years.

Mr. Spera earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has more than 40 years of experience in the textile segment. He is an expert in product and process innovation, as well as in seamless machinery and products. He has been working at Lupo for more than 40 years.

Born in 1945, Ms. Aufiero is the granddaughter of Lupo’s founder. She started working at the company in 1986 as chief commercial officer and, in 1999, she became the company’s CEO. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from USP São Carlos/SP, a graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV, and a master’s degree in Structural Engineering from USP.

Mr. Estevan was born in 1976 and holds a degree in Production Engineering from UFSCar, post-graduate degrees in Occupational Safety, Engineering, and Environmental Management from UFSCar and in Production Management from UNIARA, and an MBA in Business Administration from USP. He has 25 years of experience at Grupo Lupo, working in the Industrial Engineering, Quality, Occupational Safety, and PCP areas.

Mr. Guimarães earned a bachelor’s degree in Administration, a master’s degree in Business Management from ISCTE-IUL, an MBA in Franchise Management from FIA, and an MBA in Project Management from FGV. He has been working at Lupo for more than seven years.

Mr. Morbeck was born in 1972 and holds a degree in Production and Mechanical Engineering from FEI (Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial), and an MBA in Industrial Management from FGV. He has been in the Textile and Chemical industry for over 25 years, having worked for companies such as Rhodia and Nilit. His experiences include the Industrial, Commercial, and Marketing fields, among others.

Born in 1940, Mr. Santos has a bachelor’s degree in Civil, and Industrial Mechanical Engineering, and a master’s degree in Business Administration. He worked at the Municipal Government of São Paulo, in the Secretariats of Culture, Administration, Supply, and Planning, as well as in the Sub-Municipality Government and Social Security Institute.

Born in 1963, Mr. Perguer earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He has 41 years of experience in the market and works as an attorney, accountant, and expert accountant, and is certified by IBGC 41.

Born in 1947, Mr. Mar is an economist, attorney, and accountant. He earned a graduate degree in External Audit and Corporate Law and has been a presiding partner of Audimar Auditores since 1975. He is currently the Chair of the Fiscal Council of SEBRAE/SP, IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Finance Executives), and Usina Açucareira S. Manoel. He is a member of the Fiscal Council of VMNO Comunicações do Brasil (Vecto Mobile) and an alternate member of the Fiscal Council of Tupy.

Born in 1956, Mr. Mazzola is an attorney and accounting technician, and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a graduate degree in Corporate Law. Mr. Mazzola has been working at the Company since 1980, and currently holds the office of Legal Manager of Shareholder Relations.
