Company improves its corporate governance and obtains its category A issuer registration with the CVM (Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission)

Start producing protection masks against the Covid-19 virus

Buy Trifil and Scala brands and innitiate operation of the second plant, located in the city of Itabuna, Bahia state

Creates the Lupo Sport brand

Start producing men’s underwear

Inaugurates the factory located in the Washington Luiz highway, city of Araraquara, Sao Paulo state

Starts producing adherent stockings (pantyhose)

Becomes a pioneer in the use of nylon thread in Brazil

Henrique Lupo creates the brand and starts producing and selling socks
